Total Compensation Package for IMRF Employees
IMRF complies with Illinois Public Act 97-0609, which requires posting the “total compensation package” for employees whose compensation package exceeds $75,000 per year. “Total compensation package” is defined as payment made by IMRF to the employee for salary, health insurance, vacation days granted, and sick days granted. On November 18, 2022, the Board of Trustees approved the IMRF annual operating budget for 2023. The IMRF 2023 “total compensation package” posting is available from the quick link on this page. IMRF does not provide payments for housing allowances, vehicle allowances, clothing allowances, or business loans.
