Coaches Needed!

U10 Soccer champs May 2015 (4)

3rd/4th Grade Boys Soccer Coaches – The commitment consists of one week night practice at the volunteers choosing and a Sunday game.  Practices start as soon as we find a coach as other teams have started practicing this week.  Game season runs Sunday, September 13- November 1.  Interested persons should contact Dru at dsteinhoff@heparks.org or 847-781-3630.

Mite Hockey Now Registering – Kids 8 and Under


The Most Advanced (and fun) Development Program for 8 and under Mite players

To increase the development for players this age of great learning potential, we are now forming a Mite in-house league that will allow for more team play and game learning. In addition, we will focus on five major skills in training session offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. The goal is for all interested Mite players to be able to participate in game action at a level that will challenge them over the long season, but still have them touching the puck enough to really improve, and have a great time, too. This is a more age specific way to develop players for playing house travel and progress to full travel.  Read More »

Park Projects this Season


Patchwork and repairs are being made to ALL facility parking lots and some parks throughout the district. Parks include Cannon Crossings, Fabbrini, Victoria, Cottonwood, Vogelei and South Ridge.

This year, several of our parks are slated to get new playground equipment, plus we will be improving the surfaces of our walking paths around Fabbrini Park (Highpoint) .  Read more here.
