What is Seed Bombing?
Seed Bombing is an engaging, hands-on method of ecological conservation. By combining seeds of native plants collected from our parks with clay and compost, we create “seed bombs.” These seed bombs protect the seeds until the arrival of rain, offering them the nutrients needed to sprout and flourish. This innovative approach ensures the seeds have the best possible chance to germinate and contribute to our park’s natural beauty and biodiversity.
