Rentals & Parties


Indoor Rentals

The gymnasium and meeting rooms may be rented at reasonable costs. We offer a variety of room sizes to accommodate your gathering. Features: tables and chairs, set-up and take-down. Alcohol is prohibited. Contact Gary Fong, gfong@heparks.org, 847-285-5560. 

Conference Room 110, up to 8-10 people — r $25/hour, $30/hour nr

Community Room 111, up to 40 people —  $55/hour, $60/hour nr

Community Room 112, up to 80 people —  $75/hour, $80/hour nr

Community Room 113 (Rooms 111+112), up to 120 people  — $110/hour, $120/hour nr — with Lounge  — $50 one time fee

Community Room 114, up to 45 people —  $50/hour, $55/hour nr

Ice Party Room, up to 30 people  — $35/hour, $40/hour nr

Board Room, up to 50 people  — $55/hour, $60/hour nr. No food permitted. 

Dance Room, up to 25 people —  $55/hour, $60/hour nr. No food permitted. 

Half Gymnasium, up to 150 people —  $45/hour, $50/hour nr. No food permitted. 

Full Gymnasium (Full Gym), up to 300 people —  $80/hour, $90/hour nr. No food permitted. 

 

Themed Parties

Parties are 90 minutes and include one party host. You supply the food, beverages, paper goods, guests and we’ll supply the room and the fun. Contact Gary Fong, gfong@heparks.org, 847-285-5560. 

Magic Party, 4+ years — $260, $290 nr
Make your party unique, entertaining and memorable with incredible magic by Gary Kantor. You will see vanishing acts, card tricks, mind-reading and much more! All shows are interactive.

Balloon Animal, 3+ years — $260, $290 nr
Balloon animals made non-stop for 45 minutes by the Magic Team of Gary Kantor. Dogs, butterflies, swords etc. Guests can decorate their balloons with stickers and markers.

To Finalize Room Rentals, Please Take The Following Steps:

  1. Complete the application, including room, date and day requesting.
  2. Return the application to the facility where you intend to rent a room.
  3. 50% of rental fee (+ additional security deposit if applicable) is due at time of application.
  4. Final payment is due one-week prior to date of event.

Facility Room Rental Information and Room Use Permit Form are available here and at the front desk of each facility. Please allow ten business days to process requests. *Application process applies to Triphahn Center and Willow.

* Additional Fees: $25/hour for after hour rentals, $250 security deposit for group size 100+ or after hours, $100 security deposit for TC kitchen usage.
