Contest Rules
What makes a selfie a Healthy Selfie?
A Healthy Selfie is a selfie of you doing anything that promotes a healthy lifestyle! Working out, walking your dog, swimming, hiking, biking, yoga, sports, eating healthy food…these all count! And what about mental well-being? Quality time with friends and family, meditation, learning a new skill…those can be used for healthy selfies too!
What is NOT a Healthy Selfie?
You can probably guess, but a couple of examples are: chowing down on a cheeseburger; binge watching on the couch; or just looking at the camera. None of these are healthy selfies. (No filters please!) We reserve the right to determine whether we believe the photos represent a healthy image.
Email your selfie to marketing@heparks.org. Only selfies received through this email address will qualify.
Photo Permission
Your submission by email means you allow HEParks to use the photograph for promotions and marketing for this and future promotions! We reserve the right to deem photographs ineligible if selfie is considered inappropriate or offensive. Please remember this is a family friendly contest!
Contest Dates
Submit your Healthy Selfie between 10/1 and 12/9. Entries before 10/1 will not qualify.
Please Note:
Each Healthy Selfie is an entry into our Healthy Selfie Raffle!
Only one selfie per day will qualify for the contest.
There will be a Grand Prize Winner announced on December 9, 2022.. We will also have “pop-up” contests which can qualify your selfie as a double entry! (ex. we may announce through social media that a selfie with a fruit in it counts as two entries!) The winners will be featured on HEParks’ Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages.
The person who submits the most qualifying selfies wins Grand Prize! One per day.
The winners will be announced through social media December 12, 2022
We’ll notify you through heparks social media or email if you’re the winner. Prize pick up will be at the Triphahn Center front desk.
All Healthy Selfies must be received by 12/9/2022 to be eligible for the contest and grand prize.
Must be 14 years of age to participate in contest. Parents may include children in their selfies, but no child under 14 may participate in contest
