Mga Aralin sa Paglangoy sa Labas ng Bahay Antas 5

Nakatuon ang antas na ito sa pagbuo ng mga advanced na kasanayan sa paglangoy, kabilang ang tuluy-tuloy na paglangoy, pagbaliktad (flip turns), iba't ibang estilo (front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, at elementary backstroke), paglangoy sa ilalim ng tubig, pagtayo sa tubig, at mga partikular na sipa gamit ang kickboard. Kasama rin dito ang parehong open at flip turns, na naglalayong paunlarin ang pangkalahatang tibay sa paglangoy, teknik, at kahusayan sa maraming disiplina.
