This level focuses on building advanced swimming skills, including continuous swimming, flip turns, various strokes (front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and elementary backstroke), underwater swimming, treading water, and specific kicks using a kickboard. It also includes both open and flip turns, aiming to develop overall swimming endurance, technique, and proficiency across multiple disciplines.
