Summer Camps
HEParks camps in Hoffman Estates deliver unforgettable experiences all summer long, during school breaks, and throughout the year. From outdoor adventures and sports to arts, STEM, and specialty-themed camps, every program is designed to spark curiosity, encourage growth, and keep kids engaged. With exciting activities, memorable field trips, and opportunities to make new friends, children thrive in safe, fun environments led by our highly trained staff, creating summer memories that last a lifetime.
IMPORTANT CAMP NOTES:
- Registration Deadline for Week 1 of camp ends May 25 at 8:00 am
- Refund Requests for camp must be made by 8:00 am, no later than one week prior to the start date of the session/week your camper is registered for.
- A $10 fee will be applied to each week the refund request is made for.
- Cancellations made by the deadline will be refunded to the original form of payment or issues a Hoffman Estates Park District household credit.
- When choosing an appropriate age camp for your child use the age that your child will be on the first day they start attending camp.
- May 18 – e-PACT Forms Completed

Payment Plan Option-NEW FOR 2026
Take Advantage of our Convenient Payment Plan
New for 2026, we’re excited to offer families the flexibility of our convenient payment plan. This option allows you to spread the cost of camp over three manageable payments, making planning for camp a little easier. Read the details below to learn more.
- Payment plans are available for the following camps: Splash & Explore, Camp Hoffman, STEAM, Sports, Dance, Teen Theater, and Close Out as well as Early/Late Stay Options.
- You can take advantage of the payment plan option through March 15.
- If choosing the payment plan option, a $25 deposit will be charged at the time of registration for each qualifying summer camp.
- After camp options are selected, the remaining balance will be split into three payments to be charged on the following dates: March 27, April 27, and May 27.
- A credit card or ACH payment method must be added to the household account for automatic deductions on payment dates.
- If payment is not received or successful, the participant will be removed from the program.
- All policies and waivers, as outlined in the camp brochure, apply.
