This fun and active class focuses on learning the basics of tumbling like rolls, cartwheels, handstands and backbends. Kids will build strength, flexibility and confidence as they work through skills in a supportive and energetic environment. Perfect for beginners or those looking to sharpen their technique, all while having a great time!
HEParks’ ninja classes blends the excitement of high energy obstacle courses with the strength and skills of gymnastics. Kids will run, climb, swing, roll, and flip through challenges that build coordination.
