Unleash the Fun at Hoffman Estates Dog Parks! 🐾

Open daily, year-round from sunup to sundown, our fully fenced off-leash dog parks provide a safe, welcoming place for dogs to run, play, and socialize. Amenities include separate small-dog areas, agility equipment, water service, entrance holding areas, waste stations, picnic tables, and convenient swipe-card entry.

The Hoffman Estates Park District proudly offers two off-leash dog park locations for the community. Bo’s Run is located on the north side at Willow Recreation Center. Freedom Run is located on the far west side at 6150 Russell Road and is shared with the City of Elgin and the Streamwood Park District.

Bring your best friend and enjoy the outdoors together in spaces built for play, connection, and community. For park rules and membership information, call 847-285-5440.

The following vaccinations are required by Cook County, must be current to join:
Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Para Influenza, Parvo Virus, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and a Negative Fecal Test.

To purchase a pass, please bring your completed membership form, with written documentation of up-to-date vaccinations to one of the following locations:

 Bo’s Run, Freedom Run, or Combination Pass
Triphahn Center & Ice Arena (1685 W. Higgins Rd.)
Willow Center (3600 Lexington Dr.)

The Club at Prairie Stone(5050 Sedge Blvd.)
The Center of Elgin (by appointment only – call 847-531-7013)
Streamwood Park District (550 South Park Blvd., Streamwood)

This two acre green space is named after Bo, the Hoffman Estates Police Department’s first K-9. Bo graduated from The Chicago Police Department’s Canine Training Center certified as a patrol and narcotic dog. This park is dedicated to all the Civil Service dogs that have served our community.
