Flag Football
HEParks partners with Overtime Athletics to offer flag football programs that introduce kids to the fundamentals of football in a safe, non-contact environment. Players learn passing, catching, running routes, and basic defensive strategies through age-appropriate drills and games. Programs emphasize sportsmanship, athletic development, and fun on community fields with trained coaches and proper equipment.
