Whether you need a flexible indoor room at the Triphahn or Willow Centers, a scenic outdoor shelter at Fabbrini or Vogelei Park, or an elegant wedding venue at Bridges of Poplar Creek, we have the perfect space for you. We also offer gymnasiums, athletic fields, and curated birthday packages—including pool, climbing, and esports options—to make every gathering unforgettable.

Meetings & Party Rooms
Triphahn Center and Willow Center Facility Room Rentals.
Our community centers offer flexible room configurations that can accommodate everything from small board meetings to large banquets.
- Amenities: Rentals include table and chair setup/takedown. Kitchen access and audio/visual equipment are available in select rooms.
- Triphahn Center & Willow Center: Rent individual meeting rooms, board rooms, or combine spaces for larger events.
- Capacity: Rooms available for groups ranging from intimate gatherings of 10 to large events of 100+ guests.
Athletic Field Rentals
The home court advantage for your league, team, or tournament.
We provide top-tier athletic facilities for organized sports and casual recreation.
- Outdoor Fields: Permits available for soccer, cricket, baseball, and softball fields, including the premier lighted fields at Cannon Crossing.
Gyms & Courts
The home court advantage for your league, team, or tournament.
We provide top-tier athletic facilities for organized sports and casual recreation.
- Indoor Gymnasiums: Full and half-gym rentals available at Triphahn Center, Willow Recreation Center, and The Club at Prairie Stone for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball.
- Racquetball Court Rentals: Willow Center offers Racquetball and Wallyball courts for your enjoyment.
- Pickleball Court Rentals: Indoor Courts are available for rental at Triphahn Center, Willow Center and the Club. The District also offers Outdoor Pickleball Courts at Fabbrini Park, Pine Park, Olmstead Park, and Willow Park.
Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club
Weddings, Banquets & More!
Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club provides a spacious clubhouse paired with elegant decor and exceptional cuisine. Our intimate banquet rooms and outdoor ceremony area accommodate groups up to 250. Our banquet rooms offer guests a breathtaking view of our 18-hole championship golf course . Your guests will be amazed when you host your special event at Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club. Open to the public, Bridges consistently earns rave reviews from our guests.
Seascape Aquatic Center
Seascape Party Tent Rentals
Bring a group and reserve a private party tent at the pool for two hours. Catering is available at an additional cost through Garibaldi’s Restaurant. Party Tents can be reserved up to four months in advance from party date. Any last-minute (within one week) Party Tent requests must be scheduled through Shelby Mepham
Party Tent rentals must be paid for in full at the time of reservation. Rentals cancelled due to pool closure will be refunded in full. Any rentals cancelled prior to 48 hours of rental date will be refunded in full. Rentals cancelled within 48 hours will be refunded 50%.
All food must be purchased from Garabaldis!
Large Party Tent (20×40) – up to 40 guests: $360 for 2-hours
Small Party Tent (20×20) – up to 20 guests: $210 for 2-hours
Outdoor Picnic Shelters & Parks
Enjoy the outdoors for your family reunion, company picnic, or neighborhood gathering.
Enjoy our beautiful open-air shelters located at various parks throughout Hoffman Estates. The Hoffman Estates Park District requires a completed Rental Form to rent any park.
Shelters are available at Cannon Crossings, Canterbury Fields, Charlemagne, Community Park, Evergreen Park, Fabbrini, Field Park, Huntington, Olmstead, Pine, South Ridge, Valley Park, Victoria Park, Willow and Vogelei. Please note, park shelters near a splash pad (Community, South Ridge & Tropicana) are not rentable during Splash Pad season.
The Shelter at South Ridge Park is not available to rent during the Splash Pad Season. The spash pad season is based on weather.
