HEParks’ STAR program provides a safe, engaging, and reliable environment for children at their own school locations. Our goal is to balance academic support with social development, offering a consistent routine that includes homework help, physical activities, and creative enrichment. Let our trained staff help your child bridge the gap between the school day and home with a program designed for both fun and achievement.

We know that flexibility is key for busy families. Our STAR rates are structured to ensure you only pay for the time your child is with us, whether it’s a few mornings a week or full-time afternoon care.
2026-2027 District 15 Fees:
- AM Only (Before School – 3 Day): $111 per month
- AM Only (Before School – 5 Day): $162 per month
- PM Only (After School – 3 Day): $212 per month
- PM Only (After School – 5 Day): $293 per month
2026-2027 District 54 Fees (Fairview, Lakeview, Armstrong, MacArthur, Muir):
- AM Only (Before School – 3 Day): $107 per month
- AM Only (Before School – 5 Day): $160 per month
- PM Only (After School – 3 Day): $187 per month
- PM Only (After School – 5 Day): $271 per month
