How to Submit
a Bid
All proposals must follow HEParks submission guidelines to ensure fairness and compliance.
Submission Requirements:
- Submit in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with project name
- Include all required forms and certifications
- Follow instructions for digital or hard copy formats (as specified)
- Deliver bids to: HEParks, 1685 W. Higgins Road, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
