This level focuses on advanced stroke proficiency, endurance, and competitive skills, including swimming 300 yards each of freestyle and backstroke, 200 yards of breaststroke, and elementary backstroke. Participants also practice a 500-yard swim with varied strokes, competitive starts, and feet-first surface dives.
