Michael P. Murphy.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cMurph\u201d consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and finishes with another 1-mile run (in a 20 LB vest or body armor).<\/p>\n<p>Certified instructors will be present and offer modified versions for all fitness levels.<\/p>\n<p>The event is FREE for active military, veterans and members of The Club at Prairie Stone. Non-members pay a $15.00 guest fee.
