Join The Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce and us for the 2026 Community Fishing Derby at South Ridge Lake in Hoffman Estates! This fun-filled event is open to all skill levels and offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, try your hand at fishing, and compete for cash prizes awarded for tagged fish. No fishing license is required, so the whole family is welcome to cast a line. Beginners can also take advantage of the free Learn to Fish Clinic held before the main event.
