Outdoor Swim Lessons Level 1
This level focuses on basic water safety and swimming skills for beginners. Students become more comfortable in the pool and learn to enjoy the water safely. Students will also learn elementary skills such as water entry and front and back floats and begin to learn the arm and leg action of swimming.
