Refund FAQs – 5/19
Will I get a refund for my program registration?
- Spring programs have been cancelled and all participants received an email notification. Refunds are currently being processed for cancelled programs.
Will I get a refund for summer camps?
We will be processing full refunds for all camps scheduled June 1 – July 3, 2020. Camp refund processing will begin the week of May 11.
What happens to my fitness membership?
- Willow Recreation Center Fitness Memberships, Members of the fitness center will be credited for 50% of their March dues. The April billing is suspended until a re-open date is determined. The March credit will be applied to the next billing once the facility re-opens.
- Triphahn Center Fitness Memberships, Fitness members will receive a credit of 50% of their March dues. The April billing is suspended until a re-open date is determined. The March credit will be applied to the next billing once the facility re-opens.
- The Club at Prairie Stone Fitness Memberships, Due to The Club being closed for a portion of March, fitness members will have a choice to receive one personal training session ($60 value), two months of HIIT training ($50 value) or a $25 estimated household credit (based on membership type) for future membership dues. Members should submit their choice to membership services at clubmembership@heparks.org. All future membership monthly dues have been suspended until the facility reopens. On the facility reopens, the corresponding pro-rated monthly dues will be processed.
What happens to my dog park membership?
- All dog parks are closed. All dog park memberships will be extended for the number of days we are closed beyond the original expiration date.
