Per policy, Hoffman Estates Park District programs (including district operated travel teams) receive priority in the use of athletic fields. Fields not scheduled for district use can be rented by Resident Groups (groups comprised of at least 75% resident players). Non Resident Groups (groups without 75% resident players) can apply after the Resident Group registration deadline.

1. For an application to be processed, teams must submit a copy of their league roster (names, addresses and phone numbers) along with a complete list of the dates and fields they are requesting to the district administrative office. At this time, teams receive information on applicable insurance and/or waiver requirements. Certificate must be turned into the business office 60 days before the rental or you will lose any privileges.
2. Application deadline for spring/summer is February 15 and fall is June 1 for Resident Groups as defined above.
   Application deadline for spring/summer is March 15 and fall is July 1 for Non Resident Groups as defined above.
3. The fields are assigned as equitably as possible and ensuring that all qualified teams receive use.
4. Teams are notified within 15 days after the application deadline as to what permits they will receive and the rental fee (see attached current rate sheet). The fee must be turned into the business office 60 days before the rental dates or the permit is revoked.
5. Teams must complete payment of all rental fees and any insurance/waiver requirements at least 60 days prior to their first use. Groups receive their field permits at that time.
6. Use of the fields is subject to all district ordinances and field use rules. If failure to comply with any applicable ordinances/rules, the permit is revoked without any refund or fees.
7. All vehicles must be confined to the designated roadways, drives and parking lots in the area.
8. Native landscape including trees, shrubs, plant matter, grass, etc., shall not be cut, trimmed, removed or destroyed.
9. Teams can rake the fields but are not allowed to use any additives to the field.
