Teen Center at Vogelei

HE Parks is committed to providing a positive and enriching environment where teens are able to relax, socialize, participate in self-directed activities and spend time with friends. Pool tables, computer access, ping pong and various activities are available. The Teen Center is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6:30-8:30 pm. Admission is free.
 

Teen Outings and Events

Throughout the year we plan corn maze trips, ski trips and more for teens age 11-15.
 

Fitness, Dance and Sports

Dance classes, weight training, soccer, lacross, tennis and basetball leagues are available.

Community Wide Youth Project

The Community Wide Youth Project is a cooperative program among the Hoffman Estates Park District and the Village of Hoffman Estates. The two government agencies are involved in sponsoring the Vogelei Teen Center, recreational programming, trips, and special events. HEPD Teen Commission

Make your opinions heard. The park district is currently forming a teen commission to help plan programming and events at the Vogelei Barn, the Willow Recreation Center Teen Hangout, and throughout the district. Quarterly meetings will be held at 4:30PM. Interested 11 to 16 year olds should call 847–885–7500.
