Complete and sign the rental information form, being sure to indicate the exact date and day of the week of your requested rental.

Return the form, signed and dated, to the facility where you intend to rent a room.

Attach a $50 security deposit in the form of a check or credit card information only.

Have a Party at the Vogelei Barn
Vogelei Barn, located at 650 W Higgins Road, is now available for parties, showers, meetings, family reunions, and other rentals for up to 120 guests. This private, casual space features a cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, and kitchen facilities. Rental fees are only $90 per hour. For more information, please call 847/885-7500. |
The Hoffman Estates Park District Community Center and Ice Arena is perfect for company meetings, civic/community groups, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers - any occasion where your office or living room just isn't large enough. The gym is also available for practices, fun, games and large party and after-hour rentals for up to 300 guests!
Now Booking: Ice Skating Party Packages!
For a birthday party that's really cool, skate your way to the Hoffman Estates Ice Arena! Our skating parties are great for everyone from first-time skaters to young Olympic hopefuls. Each 90-minute party package includes admission and skate rental for up to 20 children plus all adult chaperones, as well as use of our party room. Concessions are available through the Mexican Food Company, and hosts are welcome to bring their own cake and ice cream.
Party hosts will be responsible for wiping down tables and throwing away trash. Our staff handles all setup and takedown. Hosts are also responsible for providing their own adult chaperones; park district party attendants are not provided. $285 - during open ice time (availability varies)

Gym & Room Rentals
Rentals include kitchen facilities, free tables and chairs, set-up and take-down, and when you rent the gym, you can use our equipment! Audiovisual equipment is also available for rent at a nominal cost. Alcohol is prohibited.

A $100 security deposit and a completed rental form are required.

Parties for Children
Parties are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for 90 minutes. Additional days and times may be available, upon request. We provide goodie bags for each participant. Parents may order pizza or bring their own cake, ice cream and beverages. There is a 20-child maximum.
Arts & Crafts Party, Ages 4+

Kids take over the gym and enjoy everything from basketball to floor hockey, soccer to volleyball, and more. Activities should be chosen ahead of time, so equipment can be made available. Reservations can be made by e-mail, or call 847/885-7500.
Gymnastics Party, Ages 4+
