Room Rentals

Click the following links for rental information and application. A printable version will open in a new browser window. To finalize room rentals, please be sure you take the following steps:

  1. Complete and sign the rental information form, being sure to indicate the exact date and day of the week of your requested rental.

  2. Return the form, signed and dated, to the facility where you intend to rent a room.

  3. Attach a $50 security deposit in the form of a check or credit card information only.

Upon receiving your rental request, we will contact you to confirm your reservation and finalize details. Please allow five days to process requests. For additional information, call 847/885-7500 or e-mail sbalke@heparks.org.

Meeting Room and Gymnasium Rentals

The gymnasium & meeting rooms at all facilities may be rented at reasonable costs. We offer a variety of sizes to meet every need. Community groups, meetings, bridal showers or birthday parties, we have a room to accommodate your gathering.

*Alcohol is prohibited at all facilities, except for Poplar Creek Country Club.

*Audiovisual equipment may be available for rental at a nominal cost.

*Rental applications are available at the front desk of each facility.

*Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed.

Gym & Room Rentals


Rentals include kitchen facilities, free tables and chairs, set-up and take-down, and when you rent the gym, you can use our equipment! Audiovisual equipment is also available for rent at a nominal cost. Alcohol is prohibited.

  • Large Meeting Room - $45/hour

  • Board Room - $55/hour

  • Extra Large Meeting Room - $75/hour

  • 1/2 Gymnasium - $45/hour

  • Full Gymnasium - $80/hour

A $100 security deposit and a completed rental form are required.

There is a non-resident surcharge of $25 PER RENTAL.
