All park restroom facilities close at 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday

Portable Climbing Rock

Anyone can rent the Hoffman Estates Park District's portable climbing rock! The climbing rock provides safe and challenging fun for all ages. As many as four climbers can climb simultaneously! This portable climbing structure is 24-feet high and can be set up in 30 minutes! The climbing rock must be set up on solid, level ground. All participants younger than 18 years must have a parent/guardian-signed waiver.

A perfect solution for special events, corporate outings, and parties! Package includes all necessary climbing gear: ropes, harnesses and safety hardware and:

• Two staff members for 4 hours of climbing time - $500. Additional time is charged at $100/hour.

• The 4-hour fee includes transportation of up to 20 miles. Additional miles are charged at $1 per mile.

• The Climbing Rock will be closed if weather is inclement.

• A renting organization is required to provide one helper to assist with putting on harnesses and signing waivers.

Application Instructions

Please read the rental procedures, fill out one athletic field use permit application per rental day (filling out the permit completely), and include the necessary paperwork so your permit can be reviewed on time. If the park district does not receive all items, the park district reserves the right to delay or cancel any requests.
